01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and 345wan ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They apply to all users who access or use the 345wan website at 345wan.pro, the 345wan mobile application, or any other service operated under the 345wan brand.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or accessing any game on 345wan, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you are accessing the platform of your own free will, and that you accept these Terms without reservation. If you are accessing the platform on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside the 345wan Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which together form the complete set of rules governing your use of the platform.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use 345wan you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from using the platform.
• You are not acting on behalf of or depositing funds for any third party.

By registering, you confirm that the information you provide — including your name, contact details and payment information — is accurate and complete. 345wan reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time and to suspend access pending verification. Accounts found to contain false information may be closed and balances forfeited.

Only one account is permitted per person, per household and per payment method. Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions is prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.

03 Account Rules

Your 345wan account is personal to you and must not be shared with, transferred to or used by any other person. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. All activity performed using your login credentials is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.

If you believe that your account has been accessed without your permission, you must notify 345wan support immediately. We will take reasonable steps to investigate but cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to keep your credentials secure or to report the issue promptly.

• Do not share your password with anyone, including 345wan support staff — we will never ask for it.
• Use a strong, unique password for your 345wan account.
• Log out after sessions, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Enable any two-factor authentication options available in your account settings.

345wan reserves the right to close, restrict or suspend any account at its discretion where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, rule violation, collusion, abuse of promotional terms or any other conduct that is against these Terms.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 345wan are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit/credit cards and other approved mobile wallets. The available methods may vary and are displayed at the time of transaction.

Deposits must come from payment accounts that you own and are registered in your name. Third-party funding is not permitted. Withdrawals will, where possible, be processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Withdrawals to alternative methods may require additional verification.

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the payments section of your account.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed before processing. Standard processing times are displayed in the cashier section and vary by method.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically process within 30 minutes during normal operating hours.
• Bank transfer withdrawals via Raast typically settle within the same business day.

345wan does not charge fees for standard deposits and withdrawals, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges. We are not responsible for any fees or delays imposed by third-party payment providers.

05 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the 345wan sports betting section are subject to the rules of the specific sport and market. By confirming a bet, you accept the odds and terms at the time of placement. Bets are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled or changed except via the Cash Out feature where that option is available on your specific bet.

345wan reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed at clearly incorrect or erroneous odds due to a technical error.
• The event was cancelled, suspended or significantly altered after the bet was placed.
• There is evidence of match-fixing, score manipulation or any other integrity issue with the event.
• The bet was placed in violation of these Terms or in circumstances suggesting collusion or fraud.

Casino games on 345wan use certified random number generators (RNG) supplied by licensed game providers. All game outcomes are generated independently and the results of previous rounds have no bearing on future rounds. Return to Player (RTP) percentages published for casino games represent long-run theoretical averages and individual sessions will vary.

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per game, and are displayed within the relevant section before you place your wager. These limits may be adjusted at 345wan's discretion and individual account limits may be applied.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

345wan may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins and other promotional rewards from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, time limits and eligible games. These terms are published with each individual promotion.

• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational players. Any attempt to abuse promotional terms — including through multi-accounting, bonus arbing or systematic exploitation — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may result in account closure.
• 345wan reserves the right to withdraw, amend or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 345wan platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or assisting others to do so.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other technical tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Attempting to access accounts other than your own.
• Colluding with other players in any game or betting activity.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or using the platform for money laundering.
• Providing false information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.

345wan actively monitors for prohibited conduct and employs fraud detection systems. Accounts found to be in breach of these rules will be suspended or permanently closed. Any funds in accounts closed due to rule violations may be forfeited where there is evidence of fraudulent activity.

08 Privacy & Data

Your use of 345wan involves the collection and processing of personal data including your name, contact information, payment details and transaction history. This data is handled in accordance with the 345wan Privacy Policy, which you should read alongside these Terms.

In summary, 345wan collects personal data for the purpose of operating your account, processing payments, verifying identity, detecting fraud and providing customer support. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors and identity verification services as necessary to provide the service.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the 345wan platform — including the logo, brand name, website design, graphics, software, text, game interfaces and all other materials — is owned by or licensed to 345wan and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or otherwise exploit any content from the 345wan platform without prior written consent. The 345wan name and logo may not be used in any context without explicit permission.

10 Limitation of Liability

345wan provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability and accurate information, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that all content will be accurate at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may cause temporary unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, 345wan's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you deposited in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages of any kind.

We are not responsible for losses arising from:

• Technical failures outside our reasonable control, including internet disruptions or device failures on your end.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers.
• Decisions you make based on information displayed on the platform.
• Your failure to comply with these Terms.

11 Responsible Gaming

345wan is committed to promoting responsible gaming. All casino games and sports betting involve an element of chance and should be treated as entertainment — not as a source of income. We provide the following tools to help you manage your activity:

You may close your account at any time by contacting 345wan support. Any outstanding balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your nominated payment method, subject to identity verification and provided there are no active restrictions on the account.

345wan may close or suspend your account at any time for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete identity verification, or for any other reason at our reasonable discretion. Where an account is closed due to a proven Terms violation, any balance may be forfeited.
